My room was spotless and stunning, no complaints whatsoever. I truly enjoyed garden view and available amenities, including a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Location: the hotel was very close to beach, shops and restaurants as well as shopping mall. I checked out Woolworths Longbeach Mall, that was set just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

All of the staff was amiable and attentive to guests.

The room was spotless and new-fashioned. It had a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. - the staff was accommodating and helped us a lot.

The breakfast could have been better, maybe a wider variety of options would have been nice.

Loved the spacious and comfortable apartment, especially the luxurious Italian leather couch in the living area. The en-suite bathrooms with separate showers and baths were a nice touch, providing a sense of relaxation. Appreciated the fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area, perfect for preparing and enjoying our meals. The private furnished balconies or patios in the rooms offered a great space to unwind and enjoy the surrounding scenery.

Personally, I found the inter-leading feature with the Junior Suite with Mountain View a bit inconvenient. Others might still find it useful though.
